Contemporary Structures LLC. is a General Contracting and Construction Company in the Austin, TX area focusing on four key Components compiled for the purpose of building healthy and environmentally friendly structures.  These structures include single-family homes, condos, duplexes, apartment communities, and commercial buildings.

• 1st: We focus on building an affordable quality building that is also environmentally friendly utilizing the G.A.P. Program, “Green As Possible.”
• 2nd: We create the ability to incorporate as many healthy products into the construction as possible making the final product as friendly to our health and allergies as it is to the environment.
• 3rd: We build residential and commercial buildings using a combination of ethics, fundamental codes of conduct, and manufacturing procedures resulting in a high quality product along with accuracy of schedule and a 100% customer satisfaction base.
• 4th: We practice all processes striving to reach 6 Sigma level of quality production resulting in a maximum savings in construction cost.  By achieving this over all savings we can incorporate “Green” and “Healthy” ideas and products into the build process making it possible to achieve an environmentally sound and healthy structure within YOUR reasonable budget.

Terry W. Hendrix, President and CEO has a successful background in manufacturing and construction using key practices including 6 Sigma, Lean & TQM.  He holds an MBA, BA, and a list of certifications and licenses acquired from 25 years of successful senior management.
